My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms had a funky smell, and the intercom wasn't working properly, which was a bit of a letdown. It felt like they needed more staff for housekeeping and bellboys, especially for high-level floor rooms. However, the service was surprisingly polite, simple, and served us the best they could. On the downside, there were some staff members who behaved like they were doing us a favor by providing very basic service.
